2. Accounts

You can order without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you believe it has been used without your permission.

3. Products, pricing and availability

Our products are limited-run items produced in partnership with the creators they are modelled on. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities per customer or per order.

Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless stated. We try to describe products accurately, but colour, finish and minor dimensional variation are inherent to the casting process and are not defects.

If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before doing so.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation, or when the item ships, whichever is stated in that confirmation. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details on our systems.

5. Final sale and hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products are final sale once the inner seal has been opened. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within [RETURN WINDOW] days. 6. Intellectual property and creator likeness

All content on the Services — text, imagery, design, and the products themselves — is owned by us or by our creator partners and licensors, and is protected by intellectual property and personality/likeness rights.

Each product is produced under licence from the creator it depicts, with their documented consent. You receive ownership of the physical item you purchase. You receive no licence to reproduce, cast, mould, scan, manufacture, resell commercially, or otherwise exploit the item, the creator's likeness, or our branding.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully or for anyone under 18; resell our products commercially without written permission; reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce products; misrepresent your identity, age or location; interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or scrape or harvest data from them.

8. User content

If you submit reviews, photographs, an application to become a creator, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You confirm you have the right to grant this and that everyone depicted is over 18 and has consented. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties including our e-commerce platform, payment provider and carriers, and may link to sites we do not control, including regional storefronts operated by our partners. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and their terms apply to your use of them.

10. Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our products are novelty adult items. They are not medical devices and make no therapeutic claim. Use them as directed in the enclosed care guide, with a compatible lubricant, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. You are responsible for using them safely and hygienically.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services or products.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

14. Governing law and disputes
