Each creator collection launches in stages, with each product receiving a limited 2-week presale period. During presale, you can purchase the featured product at a special presale price before it transitions to regular sale.

The presale price is a special introductory price available only during the product’s 2-week presale period. After the presale ends, the product will remain available at its regular price.

You will be charged at the time you place your order, just like a regular purchase. Your payment secures your presale order and presale pricing.

Presale orders are expected to ship approximately 2 weeks after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Most orders arrive within 10–12 business days. Standard shipping is included at no additional cost. Additional shipping fees may apply to certain remote locations and will be displayed at checkout.

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Support@FeverCollective.com within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement. We may ask you to provide photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the issue and assist with your replacement.

For your privacy, the charge on your bank or credit card statement will appear under a discreet billing descriptor and will not include the product name or creator’s name.

All orders are shipped in discreet outer packaging with no indication of the contents inside. The exterior will not display product images, product names, or other explicit branding.

Inside, your product will come in its official Fever Collective retail packaging, featuring the creator and collection branding. Your package may also include any collectible cards, accessories, or promotional items included with your purchase.

Each Fever Collective cast is made from premium, body-safe silicone, selected for its realistic feel, durability, and flexibility. Each product is carefully produced and inspected to meet our quality standards before being packaged and shipped.

Every Fever Collective cast is created through an official collaboration with the featured creator and produced with their authorization.

Each design is developed from the creator’s own reference materials and measurements to recreate their unique anatomy as accurately as possible. Official Fever Collective branding and collectible elements further distinguish our authorized products from unofficial replicas.

Each Fever Collective product includes the official creator cast, three exclusive and limited-edition collectible cards, and a complimentary personal lubricant, all presented in official Fever Collective packaging.

Collectible cards vary by product, so collecting all three products from a creator completes the full card series.

Wash your cast thoroughly before and after each use with warm water and a mild, body-safe soap or compatible toy cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air-dry completely before storing.

Once dry, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Keep it separate from other intimate products, as prolonged contact between different materials may cause damage.

For the best experience, we recommend using water-based lubricants. Avoid harsh cleaners, alcohol, bleach, or other chemicals that could damage the material.
