Fever Collective
Discreet Billing FAQ
Last updated: [DATE]
Discretion is part of the product. Here is exactly what appears on your statement, your parcel and your inbox — and what does not.
What shows on my bank or card statement?
Your statement will show:
[BILLING DESCRIPTOR]
It does not show "Fever Collective", the creator's name, or any product description. If you are checking a statement for a charge you do not recognise, that descriptor is us.
Will anyone be able to tell what I bought?
No. The descriptor identifies the merchant account only. Neither your bank nor anyone reading your statement receives an itemised list — banks are not given product-level detail for card purchases.
What does the parcel look like?
A plain, unmarked outer box. No branding, no product imagery, no wording that indicates the contents. The sender shows as [SENDER NAME ON LABEL]. Items are individually sealed inside.
What about the customs label on international orders?
Customs declarations are legally required and must be accurate. We use the most general permissible description consistent with the destination's rules — never a brand name or explicit product term. We cannot omit a declaration or falsify one.
What emails will I get, and what do they say?
Order confirmation, dispatch and delivery notifications, sent from [SENDER EMAIL / NAME]. Subject lines reference the order number only. Marketing email is opt-in and can be unsubscribed from any message.
Is the packing slip itemised?
[Choose one and delete the other: "No — parcels contain no itemised packing slip. Your emailed confirmation is your record." / "Yes — a packing slip is enclosed inside the sealed inner packaging, never visible from outside."]
Can I use a different billing and delivery address?
Yes. Enter them separately at checkout. Note that a mismatch can occasionally trigger an additional verification step from your bank, which is a fraud control on their side, not ours.
Can it be delivered somewhere other than home?
Yes — a workplace, a neighbour, or a carrier pickup point all work, subject to what the carrier offers at your address. [Add locker/pickup options you support.]
Do you accept Apple Pay or Google Pay?
Not currently. Digital wallet providers restrict adult-classified merchants. Card payment is fully supported and PCI-compliant, and is processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER].
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. We receive confirmation of payment and a truncated card reference — never the full number. See our Privacy Policy.
Will my purchase history be shared with the creator?
No. Creators receive aggregate sales figures for revenue-share purposes only. They never see customer identities or order details.
How do refunds appear?
A refund returns to your original payment method under the same descriptor, [BILLING DESCRIPTOR], typically within [REFUND TIME] of being issued. See Shipping & Returns.
